Is there any way to stop the time axis scale from going to 1 minute when I reset a roast? I like it set at 15, but when I restart it defaults back to 1 minute total time.

That never happens to me. Maybe seeing my Config>Axes settings will help.

The "Initial Max" set the largest x-axis value displayed initially in the graph after reset.

The "Min" and "Max" just display the actual x-axis range that is displayed in the graph.

If "Lock Max" is ticked, Artisan will not extend the x-axis if the actual recording time exceeds the x-axis max during recording.

If "Lock" is ticked each profile loaded will display the x-axis range specified by the actual "Min" and "Max" values. This can be useful if one wants to compare profiles on the same x-scale.

I had the same issue and I forget what causes it..
I think if you let the roast run over max time.
Mine still does it now and then.. Just keep resetting it and it will stick one of these times :)
