Coffee grounds can also be useful as part of the substrate mix for growing oyster mushrooms. I've grown oysters on straight espressos grounds collected from local shops before.

Ordered some parts from 1st-Line for my office coffee kit and came across these while I was browsing. So I added 2 new cups to my collection. The espresso cup has a very nice roll in on it to concentrate the aromas when you sip from it. I am about due for a two group so I have more cup warmer space.

I found these on sale at Amazon NuovaPoint Sorrento. They feel good in my hand, have a wider / flatter profile that in my opinion distributes the crema and coffee ratios better with each sip, and I just like the feel of the thick porcelain walls. Their only defect is that they don't have the image of the Bialetti Moka guy on them like my old cups :-)

I finally have enough cups to make it through a day!

I really like the Inker cups, and it looks like Orphan Espresso is selling off their remaining stock... limited time only. I'd get more Ischia's if they had some bright colors.

Those prices are such a bargain. Love those cups. I occasionally kick around the idea of consolidating down to one nice 6 piece set of the same color.

Yeah, that was enough to pull the trigger. Done! Thanks Yakster!

I have a bit more real estate on top of the Linea at home now, so a nice big matching set will pair nicely I think.

I've been wanting some demitasses with shallower bowls, and the Ischia set seem too good to pass up. Thanks for sharing the info!

I really like my Inker Tina demitasse cups, really nice weight and rounded lip. If I hadn't just bought a set of IPA capp cups, I'd totally jump on this and I encourage anyone looking for a good cup to do so, because these are good cups.

Darn you, Yakster. I mean, uh, thanks!

The Ischia cups are my favorite, too. They are the only really low profile, thick cups I have found. They are perfect for the Caravel. I can even fit a scale under the cup with my bottomless on those occasions that I want to do some measurin'.

Got the orange ones. Bold. It will be a nice departure from the elegant brown ones I have.
