Hi,

I read on a previous post about this SCAA report on coffee staling.
I'm quite interested in it. I like to have different coffee at home for different moment of the day. And sometimes, coffee starts to show some staling. I wonder what this report would advice. Anyone have this report maybe ?

Thanks in advance.

It appears that the report is 45 dollars for non-members. I did, however, find this review of the literature by the same person who wrote the report:

I think it would have been 45 dollars wasted....

The study and report were by and for roasters to help them make packaging decisions. I am hoping for a consumer-focused study some day.

A suggestion not yet given is to freeze your coffee at or near peak, airtight.
