I've decided to keep my Salvatore Compact Spring Lever and let the Profitec go. The machine is the pourover version purchased 8 months ago from idrinkcoffee. As one of the first 25 they sold, it includes a custom Reg Barber tamper to that effect. The machine is without flaw of any kind, cosmetic or functional. I've used nothing but Crystal Geyser water in it, mid 50's on the TDS-3 meter. When I inspected the mushroom a couple of months ago, it was pristine.

Given some of the horror stories I've read here recently, I won't be shipping this. Instead I'll deliver it to your door within the greater San Jose/San Francisco/Sacramento triangle in its original inner box. Price is $1,950. Pictures below.
