Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of taking this from a hobby to a business, so i was researching some inventory management systems. I checked out roastlog, and was surprised to find a trove of public roast logs on their website. I'm not sure if their software makes roasts public by default, or if the roasters listed just wanted to share all of their profiles. But it's a pretty interesting resource and it's quite clearly "public."

Thanks for sharing this. By and large they appear to be aiming for 6 minutes to 300F and first crack in the ten minute range, with short development times after that. Wish there were cupping notes attached, but it's still a treat to see all those profiles.
