Yes, will it work for that? One of the green suppliers sends samples in like 350 gram bags. That doesn't work well in my roaster.

Pound charges seem quite common; on the other hand it's called a 500, so ???

Almost 300 units in a year and a half... that's a lot of 'handcraftin'...
