Hello Everyone,
Just checking in with the results of my maiden voyage with the Rocket Cellini Evoluzione and Baratza Vario grinder. My wife let me set everything up prior to my birthday so we could dial it in. As I've already stated, the coffee and machine were great. We had around forty guests for my big 5-0 and everyone wanted to try the new machine. One wave of seven cappuccinos with double espresso shots and four espressos were handled by the Cellini with no problem. By the time drinks were delivered, Rocket was ready for more. Only one slight pause in the busy evening did we have wait for it to come back up to one bar. Outside of that, perfection!!
