A piece of the gasket between the E61 grouphead and the front panel of my Isomac fell off today while locking in the group handle to pull a shot.
How difficult is it to replace the gasket ?
If the gaskets are one piece looks like i will have to remove the copper water tubes that connect to the grouphead after removing the shell, loosen two nuts that hold the entire group to the front panel and reconnect the copper tubes and hope for no leaks.
Or does the gasket come in two pieces which i could slide in once i loosen the two nuts that hold the entire e61 without disconnecting the copper inlet water tubes.
Thanks, WS

The gasket is one piece, and you can even make your own.
There are the two copper pipes inside the case as well as two smaller bolts or screws that hold the brewhead to the face. You can get gasket material in any automotive parts supply store. Use the old gasket as a pattern.
The gasket isolates the group from the machine as well as keeping water and gunk out of the inside works.

The ones I've seen are all one piece.
If the edges of your piece are jagged and not machine cut, then your gasket is probably also one piece.
