What is happening on the La Spaziale S1 forum?

I have tried to register on the La Spaziale forum on http://www.rimpo.org/ , and are getting a mail which tells me that the admin must activate it before use. This is the last contact I have. Hopefully somebody inside HB knows Rimpo and can help me getting in there since my S1 is currently under shipping

Not to worry.

This is standard procedure for that forum. I believe the admin likes to confirm each membership separately because the site was under attack by bots that generated phony applications. It may take a few days for the admin to get back to you, but you will be activated.

I had a similar situation but was activated after a little delay.

While unlikely, it's also possible that Chas' ISP intercepted the activation e-mail as spam. Try e-mailing him directly (chas at ...) and include your login ID. The same goes for HB members, i.e., if you have trouble self-activating your account, contact me.
