Two useful features that disappeared in the new HB

Hi Dan,
We used to have the option to click on a post as "unread". It is useful when there are a few pages ahead and I want to stop at this point, but still want to get back to read that thread from the last unread post - by clicking the yellow rectangle at start of the thread name. Now there is no way to do this?
That's a shame, because what it means to me is that I give up an that thread and a bunch of posts in the middle since it will be too much to re-read posts and try to guess where I stopped last time.
The second feature is the "subscribe" or automatically subscribe after posting in a thread, that will produce an email notification. Now we have that notification tab with old notifications that I can even delete.
It will be very productive to have these features back. If at all possible.
Thanks,
Dan

OK, I noticed how to get emails notifications.
Everything else still stands.

The mark unread feature was not a part of the phpBB base, but a modification that hasn't been ported to the new version. The author has said he has no plans to port it and asked for volunteers.

Dan, maybe you could put a post number on each post? This is the only forum that I know without one. At least we could have "some" indication where we are in the thread before leaving it.
