I'd like to post a [WTB] but there's no "New topic" button for me. For grins, I altered the "New topic" link from another category to posting.php?mode=post&f=62. I got:

You cannot post in this forum.

I thought I could at least create a post that will need moderation. Am I missing something?

Thanks, that took care of it. However, I've decided not to do my WTB post. Turns out, the part is only $10 from Baratza, so I doubt a used one would be much less.
