"morning after" rating means what?

Postby Kristi on Wed Dec 14, 2005 1:42 am

1. morning after you get it?

2. morning after your first day of playing with it?

3. ? what?

was reading the comparison of the Andreja Premium for the second time...

Sorry if it's obvious...

From the conclusion:

This is a relative scale that considers those who are learning and what they should reasonably expect in the early days following delivery--assuming of course that they have read the owner's manual, supplemental instructions provided by the vendor, and this guide's hints and tips.

The exceptional espresso score is a rating of the espresso quality a barista with moderate experience should expect on a daily basis. The morning after score attempts to quantify the question, "What should a newbie who has done their homework expect for espresso quality in the first weeks?" I didn't mean to imply literally the morning after, more like "once the glow of new ownership has diminished."
