Double boiler! 3 units coming in by August. More details to be posted as soon as we receive them.

We'll let the picture speak for itself!

Moving in a funkier direction in terms of styling. I've been wondering when ECM Manufacture would produce a DB. I have one of their HX machines and I think it's wonderful.

I am amazed that those legs can take the weight!

Just noticed the La Marzoccoesque angled portafilter handle... that's different from the current portafilter handles in the current ECM Manufacture line up.

Guess this is the machine that was rumored ECM was going to release (DB). Looks cool from that side pic vs the normal square/block look, little hint of "Speedster" too. Looking forward to more info and price of the machine.

Here another one of the ECM "controvento" (against the wind). Not my taste btw.

It is quite retro, and overall pleasing,. but the legs are quite tall, and when wiping the counter those horizontal metal strips would be a good place to deposit the skin on your knuckles first thing in the morning.

overall, from an artistic point of view, it seems that there is too much going on. The busy front panel, the organic-shaped side panels, the rods for the cup tray, the sheet metal for the supports, and then the round feet keep the eye guessing where to look. It would have helped if the PID display matched the gauges (round and white).

Still, with all that taken into consideration, it is more visually appealing than my VBM DD.

I think it is a really sexy machine and I don't see it as a bad replica of the Speedster, maybe a nice tribute. Obviously a fresh change from the conventional e61 machines.

Had me from the side......not so much from the front.
