Elektra T1 $2995 Limited Special Price!

Postby 1st-line on Thu Oct 27, 2011 12:42 pm

Based on a large purchase quantity of the US importer that is soon to arrive, we are now able to offer the Elektra T1 single grouphead espresso machine delivered to your curb for a super deal of $2995! The previous regular selling price was $4552. Please note that this is a special offer limited to the current batch coming in. We are unsure whether we will have this offer in the future.

As of this writing, we do have one unit in stock. However, a container load is expected to arrive by the first week of December.

Ah, one of my all-time favorite espresso machines! See Buyer's Guide to the Elektra A3 for details. That price is very very good. The Elektra is a jewel for those who dream of an espresso bar. :D

Would not give up my A3 for any other machine. That pricing is pre price jump from around 5 years ago, heck of a deal on a full on single group commercial machine. Like the new touch pad controls across the bottom.

Call Jim, tell him of your needs and priorities, and see what he says. Ask about warm-up times and such.

With 90 pounds of steel and brass and a 6 liter boiler the T1 takes an hour minimum. I never turn my machine off unless it is midsummer and 98F outside. You also must have a dedicated 20 amp circuit. A shared or 15 amp will not work unless you disconnect half of the heater.

I probably should have bought the working, restored and clean looking unit I saw on craigslist last week that was selling for $500. Even if it was just to sit on for a while.
