I love the human touch in any piece of art. These cups express the hands behind the creation. Thanks for sharing.

PS. Your woodwork pics get sent to a bud on Prince Edward Island who is also an avocational woodworker.

The day job has had me running 120mph for 2 weeks. I did manage to turn one lowly olive portafilter handle.

:D Thanks for the shout out Dave. I'm glad you're happy with the cups! I agree the glaze complements the coffee. Nothing better than a gorgeous shot in a gorgeous cup.

Loving my olive wood handles! The larger size of the steam nob makes it easier to use and the oil finish makes the wood feel so soft and lovely. All in all, a great trade.

Thanks again,
Sarah

Stunning cups. The glaze artfully complements the espresso mixed with steamed milk.

So I'm fortunate enough to be the proud new owner of one of Daves hand turned gorgeously grained olive wood handles for my QuickMill Vetrano 2B. What's the consensus pick (http would also be appreciated!) for a E61 bottomless portafilter that's well priced and well built? Coupon codes? Are y'all using Loctite on the threads of the wood handle into the bottomless?
