Been a busy week. We have a full set of cocobolo for a Mazzer mini, another portafilter handle and a tamper stand to all go with some other parts I made a couple weeks ago.

A Bacote lever handle, portafilter handle and steam knob of an Olympia Cremina

And a full setup for a Brewtus III in Kingwood.

I finally got a chance to turn the other Coffee Arabica burl wood parts for my machine. The wood is from Indonesia.

Dave do those wonderful pieces look as "glassy" in real life as they do in the photos? Beautiful!

It varies based on lighting, it looks more like polished stone than a wood. I have a few scraps left over, I may try hitting a few with some stain to see what I can get the graining to do. Give it a light stain, then sand it off to bring out the dark/light contrast of the burl.

Dave,
I tried to reach you by e-mail a couple times the other day but not sure if they went thru. Did you receive them or didn't they go thru?
