I have been under the weather for a few days. The fall allergy season is hitting hard. Finished up a set of ironwood burl controls. The owner wanted a bright blue tamper handle for his Concept Art tamper piston as well.

Controls and a stock and Rancilio bottomless portafilter for a Brewtus espresso machine. Finished these several days ago and went to put the parts together then realized I forgot to turn the end cap for the Rancilio handle.

That would be correct. I keep thinking I need to get a new digital camera, but when I phone takes photo's like that, why bother. Remember when a cell phone fit in a bag and only made calls? I do.

Good job. I used to turn some pens and know how hard it is to get a good finish etc. You do beautiful work.

Been a busy few weeks. I had a couple major work projects and have not had a day off for a few weeks.I finished up an order for 20 or so shaving brushes and made a new table top for my neighbor so I am back to turning mor coffee machine parts.

This is an interisting piece of ironwood. It almost looks like 2 different pieces of wood lamanated together. Very unique.
