Since it was released in 2008, the La Marzocco GS/3 has gone through many refinements and improvements. In an effort to better support current and future GS/3 owners, La Marzocco is interested in learning about current GS/3 owners' experiences. BTW, we are asking for your GS/3 serial number in the survey in order to understand which machines are performing the best and if our changes have been effective. So if you don't have that with you, wait to take the survey when you have access to your serial number.
