Hi Paul,

So you have a Date for the piston seals yet?
Does any of the group seals suit the snap on screens for the CMA group?

Thanks,
Klaus

Hi Klaus. V seals should be in around 25th of this month. The group gasket I am almost ready to place the production order, I have been testing a new one the past few weeks and it is good. Group seal should work with either screen E61 or pop on.

Hi Paul,

Any plans to support small La Pavoni lever machines? Thanks.

The piston V seals came in today. We will put them up tomorrow. The portafilter gasket will be ready around mid-october. I'll update again once we sort out the online shop. We are also adding our new Home Knockbox as well.

Hi Paul,

What is the thickness of the group gasket?

Also any info on the new IMS screens you are making for this lever group?
Thanks!
Tim

OK the seals are up now.

The red V seals are in stock, the blue group gaskets are due in next week, so if your order contains a group gasket the order will ship around the 3rd Oct.

Portafilter gaskets are 6mm but I adjusted them so they can fit a pop-on screen or the E61 screens. I tested a different hardness to allow the gasket to squish to accept the E61 screen.

The screens from IMS are E61 200 but without a centre dead spot. I though about a fancy pop on screen but it gets so messy with custom gaskets and the fact that portafilters have been cut with E61 screens. So a better E61 screen was the way to go. IMS need a few months on those.

Sounds great. What I like about the pop-on/off screen is the group stays super clean, when I was using the IMS200 screen and factory gasket it was always caked on. Hopefully your new gasket allows the best of both worlds and even better with the new screen.
