The coffee would only touch the aluminium spouts if you used it with the spouts attached. I trust that most people would use it without the spouts as the performance is much better. But we wanted to have spouts there if needed. Besides that our partner company is a big supplier of cookwares to the main German brands for many decades and their aluminium cookwares are all certified as you would expect.

What is included in a set?

A set includes everything in the photo below, expect the cup and the cheesy coffee beans used for display :D
  • Robot coffeemaker
    Portafilter with detachable spouts
    Tamper
    FIlter Basket
    Dispersion screen

This will not get much interest here, but I am very pleased with the way the pressurised filter basket has worked out. It will allow people to use the pre-ground Italian bricks of coffee. I have been enjoying some nice Kimbo "shots" with extra water the past few months and it is pretty good. Not strictly espresso but a much better quality coffee than you would get from a capsule machine.

Below, the professional basket on the left and the pressurised basket on the right. Far right is a regular double basket for size comparison.

How is the clean up with this type of machine? Is it wet like a french press or more dry like an espresso puck?

That was my next question *exactly*!

And since it was brought up, who manufactures that nice porcelain cup? Is it an Ancap Verona?

Cup looks a lot like a Rockingham Espresso Cup. https://www.thecoffeecompany.co.nz/shop ... ps-saucers
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

Well it's been a while since I first thought that it would be great if someone made a new manual lever in the style of the faema baby, so I will very likely preorder one!

Will you also detail along the preorder information how distribution, shipping and VAT will be handled in Europe? Thanks.
