This new 3 group lever machine looks nice and sounds interesting:
- PID controlled shot temperature independent to each group
- Independent control of steam boiler temp
- Control of preinfusion pressure as well
As we can see from the pic, they are using the LSM group. Has anyone heard anything more about this machine and whether there is going to be a 1 group version?

I forgot to mention, there is a One Group in the photo! Pretty unique but no idea of cost.

It's been on the market for a while (1-2year+). The model name is called Ventus.

The Ventus is absolutely stunning. Much like the NS Theresia, pictures do not do it justice.

Definitely stunning! The price stunned me a little as well, what a stunning machine she is
But it is definitely worth the price tag.

Yes, I believe the Ventus is styled after a catamaran although some feel it looks more like something out of Star Trek. It has a 5 litre boiler so it's bigger than I thought it was when I saw a picture. It's certainly an interesting looking machine.
As for the Vostok, which is also designed by Antonio Nurri, the rumours are that it is on temperature in less than 15min, there is a 150W heating element in each group and each group is temperature stable to 1 degree. They will be making a 1 group but it's at least a year away.

That would be neat. Set three different temps and pull the same coffees back to back. It would be easy to see what temp does to taste.
