Hi everyone new HB member here long time specialty coffee lover
Okay so my problem is the grouphead of my pro 700 pushes out steam rather than water it's only been six months since i purchased it.
I called the store since it's still on warranty but I was just wondering what could be the problem? Could be because I leave it on sometimes for over 16 hours a day or what?

Wrong section. This should go into the Espresso Machine forum.

your machine is clearly running too hot then. I would turn down the brew boiler, but if you need a scace to measure the temp at the group head so you can get it right.
