Hi Ulrikmo,

Those YouTube videos aren't mine, I just found them via baristaexchange.com discussions. The bar, Bar De.Ga, is somewhere in Napoli, and the barista's name is Rosario. Posted in 2009 by Carlo Grenci who I think may own that bar. I tried to find its exact location via googling, but no luck. I agree totally -- pilgrimage to Napoli.

Awesome video but I'm confused on the type of lever and their method here because it doesn't look like the video has been edited. He places the last cup at 1:28, pulls the lever down and just a few seconds later pulls the levers back up, and the video is done.

edit: Nevermind, I just watched the ones Clint posted and can watch his method much better.
