Seals ponte vecchio

Postby espressotime on Thu Mar 03, 2011 10:12 am

just received my new seals for my export.Piston moves very smoothly now.Probably my imagination but it looks as if the new ones are slightly smaller .I didn't measure them.Hopefully no more squeaking in the near future.

Hi there - good to hear that you are in possession of new seals and a smooth action!

Just a quick question, if you don't mind - where did you get them? A friend is looking at possibly resuscitating an old Sama Lusso and European sources of parts other than Bella Barista here in the UK, and Pasmarose in Germany, are thin on the ground. Obviously OE would be a an excellent source but there's a lot of heavy stuff needed and postage could prove an issue.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can make any source suggestions/recommendations.

hi,

Well sorry to say I got them from Pasmarose in Germany. But as far as I know shipment to the UK shouldn't be a problem.
Greetings from Holland.
