Congrats on getting the Export back up. Paint look nice. How did you end up solving your broken bolt problem?

Is this generally known as a seal problem? I'm running into the same thing.

I think so. In my case they didn't seal well (old seals installed wrong). I noticed that if I pull down the lever with no portafilter the water is clearly pouring irregularly and is mostly steam. My theory is that is is not filling the cylinder and is just "blasting through", maybe why they switched to 3 seals...
