Riviera espresso spring problem

HI everybody..

It seems like my riviera has a potency problem :D
the lever doesn't come all the way up. even without portafilter it comes up slowly..

What would be the problem here?
I hope somebody can help me...

Just to suggest the basics, have you taken apart the machine and cleaned/descaled it and lubed the seals and this is still the effect you get?

Well, it was working fine till two days ago but i just ordered new seals and lube. i descaled the machine yesterday with citric acid. I'll see until i have done the new seals.
