Looks so good! And if I get a vote: keep the yellow for a while, it is such a classic late 60s look 8)

Now, tell us how the coffee tastes...

Hi Kenneth,

This machine is quite similar to the Olympia Express Club which is a great spring lever as well. But yours is much rarer than my Swiss cube :-).

I really like the look of all these club style machines. I'm so glad that I finally own one. Hope it will serve me well for a long time. That Olympia looks so great and probably makes as good espresso as it looks. Thanks for posting. Can't get enough pics of these!

Nicely done OP, how 'bout a 360 set of photos? Would like to see the front. Glad you kept the color, a classic Italian from the 70s

Hi, here are some pictures of the front and some more of the old school yellow colour as well. Now that summer is finally reaching Finland (yeah!), the orange flowers on the balcony and the sun makes the machine look even brighter than it is. The picture from the kitchen with my other toys is much more subtle.

Thanks for the pics. Good looking machine, seems a shame to hide it against the wall.

Nice little collection there. How do you like the Bacchi?

Thanks! Not that much space in our apartment, which is why I really appreciate these small club machines. A lot of espresso machine in a small package. If I had more space and wasn't forced to hide machines against the wall, I would buy a Faema Lambro. THAT is my real dream machine.

I have not used the Bacchi that much, but what could I say. It makes really great espresso when you get everything right and with great I mean like the best cups I've ever had. However I'm not so into the usability as there are lots of parts to clean. The whistling is also pretty annoying and seems to annoy our cat even more :) The Bacchi is made of aluminium and I believe it will not age well at all compared to many other machines. Even if kept well it will start to show signs of usage pretty fast. I does make absolutely great coffee though.
