So I placed an order with Pasmarose for handles and various items on 3/25 paid with PayPal on the same day. I was promised that the order will be shipped out by 3/29 and will receive a shipping confirmation.

As of today, no shipping confirmation and little to no update from Andrea on the order. I would like to give the business to them as they provide unique products to the coffee community. But at this point I am getting concerned on the order.

What's everyone's experience in working with Pasmarose?

Jens is the owner/craftsman and his integrity is rock solid. I'll contact him offline on your behalf and CC you.

I had order with them and while it took long to receive I expected that and have received everything just fine. No complaints here and I love their stuff.

My customer experience with Jens via Pasmarose has been nothing but stellar so far. He has answered all of my many questions with a great deal of knowledge and patience.
I bought a Ponte Vecchio Lusso, it was bench tested before shipping, then double boxed and arrived within a fortnight, and in great shape.

I feel sure that what ever the issue is, there will be a good explanation and a timely resolution.

Agree with the above. Have bought a number of bits and pieces for my PVL from them and they have always delivered. Some items take a little longer for whatever reason, but you can relax, they are legit and completely recommendable.
