Over-Pressure Valve Hiss on Pre-Millennium La Pavoni - Page 4

Have you given any thought to adding a pressure gauge?

On my PID La Pavoni, I leave the PID controller set to 234.0 degrees and that holds it right at 9 PSI.

In hindsight, I think having a gauge on the machine is really helpful.

Hi Ray,

Multi-tasking as a new father?

Sunday's post shows the pressure gauge. I like it a lot.

Oh good to hear. It's tough keeping up with all your machines over there! :)
