Not exactly. It's measurements are width (20) x depth (27) x height (33)

hi nils, welcome back from france....im waiting anxiously for the cremina to arrive, suppose its only days away...thanks again and talk soon.....as for the dimensions i was needing, just purchased knock out draw for the machine to sit on, as its placement is a little away from the kitchen...next to la pavoni, presso and an unknown retro stove top...

Hi Mr Fox. I'm from Oz too and have a cremina I purchased off ebay (one of only a handful I've seen being sold on these shores).

Can I ask where you got your cremina from, and how old it is. Mine is a 73, asbestos and all, but works well.

hi robert, well mines still in transit from swiss...bought off ebay oz from nils in swiss...its a 76 and i think nils removed all asbestos as the boiler was clean and no visual signs of any boiler insulation...its totally refurbished, restored and descaled before shipping...cant wait to play..

Yeh, I saw that one on ebay. Looked nice. I got mine off ebay from someone in Oz a couple of years ago. It had hardly been used in 30 years. It needed a few minor tweaks (new gaskets etc) but now it is as good as new.

You'll love yours. They are as good as everyone says they are. It will be interesting to compare its best shots with those of the Giotto you have. The ECM can make a pretty mean coffee, and can do so all day long (something machines like Creminas are not suited to).

hi together

yes i removed all asbestos.
olympia's instruction is - put the boiler in hot water, wait a few minutes, then remove the material with caution. please don't put waste to normal trash! here in switzerland we can give it away in special waste.

and now, please mister postman bring the machine quick to the new owner -he's waiting!

Hi Nils, yes from the pics on ebay it looked like you did a good job. I must say that I don't find the asbestos a problem as mine is very intact and I rarely open up the machine anyway. And whats more it probably provides extra insulation (for that was why it was put there in the first place). But when mine begins to go I will take it off (but when will it begin to go, the machine is already 35 years old and still going strong...that's why we love these creminas!!).
