Postby Bkeef on Wed Apr 06, 2011 3:47 pm

Well...

Made the jump from PID-Semi Auto to Commercial Lever..
Just placed an order for a brand spanking new Bosco 1grp.

They have agreed to make it all stainless in 110V..
Its going to be sweet.

I'm sure you'll be over the moon with it. One of the great things about Bosco is the way they customise.

I look forward to hearing how you get on.

Cheers

Customization for sure.

They were adamant that they bench build every machine one at a time and can accomodate most requests within reason.

They were pretty easy about everything. I wanted it clean, all stainless. We used the shorter legs since I have some cabinet clearances to work with. Also, with the 110v/20 amp service we need to use a 1750W heating element. The boiler is still 6L.

Reiss (Londinium) was really helpful to communicate between the factory and myself.

I am guessing its going to take 3-4 weeks at minimum for them to make it.
Should be cool.

Ian
Just saw your post. I bought it through Reiss at Londinium Espresso. He was helpful to coordinate all the freight, etc. It has all gone very smooth so far.

He has pricing posted on his site and can discuss anything custom you are looking for. His freight pricing was pretty reasonable all things considered.
