My Faema Lambro in Action – Love at First Sight

Postby olebuch on Sat Jan 14, 2012 5:41 am

I purchased a Faema Lambro few months back. The Lambro works like a charm. The build quality in these old machines is second to none. The very first shoot I pulled was impressive, and by far the best shot I have pulled in my time. And that's what it's all about - the superior quality in the cup.

I've been using mine now for the past 2 weeks. I fancied a change from pump machines and have been having a great time and great coffee with it.

Heat exchange lever machines are just the best.

As it would happen, I've been using my old Faema for a few weeks now too whilst on holiday. They are great machines, and as mentioned the build quality really is outstanding. Only trouble for me is, its living on the garage floor at the moment which takes some of the pleasure out of using it!

There seemed to be a critical element of espresso preparation missing in that video...

A pump? But seriously +1 on the Faema fanclub, I like them so much i have 2 Lambro! The combination of small fotprint, commercial build quality and simplicity is hard to beat
