I recently got a Cremina, and the badge is on the back, blocked by my microwave
Will it screw up the paint or anything if I try to take it (the badge) off and put it on the side of the machine, so it's visible?

I think you should be okay. Seems like others have done this before successfully.
I removed mine by heating the adhesive gently with a low powered heat gun. It left some gunk behind on the paint, but that should come off easily enough.

Cool, thank you. With the heat around here lately, I might not need the heat gun...
I might try gluing a magnet on the back of the badge so it can be relocated at whim

Use a dental floss to scrape off the back adhesive of the cremina badge.
