Lever Group Bolt Patterns

I'm thinking about Franken-Levers where the group head of one lever is mated with the body/boiler of another lever. This is possible where the group head bolt patterns match or are close enough to adapt to each other.

What are the group head bolt patterns for the following lever machines?
  • Elektra Microcasa a Leva - 35mm center to center square
  • Ponte Vecchio/SAMA Export/Lusso - ??
  • Cremina - ??
  • Cara/Graziella - 35mm center to center square
  • La San Marco - ??
  • CMA/Rossi - ??
  • Bezzera - ??
  • Conti - ??
  • Rancilio - ??
  • La Pavoni Pub 1EL - ??
  • Other - ??
I'll update this post as the measurements come in for other group heads.
