Finally got something new to replace the Microcimbali

Surprisingly clean with minimal scale around the heating element.

If I'm not mistaken, I thought I had a request from Drgary to post a shot of my 2 Caravels. Here they are...

Very nice, especially paired with that cute, curvaceous hand grinder.

I'll have to take a photo of my lever pair now that they're seeing each other on the counter, but my grinders aren't that interesting, except maybe the unrestored Peugeot in the garage.

Thanks guys! The grinder was a Marshall's find last summer and it's a smooth grind by the way. The caravel set up is tight, I won't lie. (To quote one of Albert King's blues songs - "soft shoulders and dangerous curves"). :D

I heard about those grinders at Marshall's but I was too late to find one.

Here's a quick picture of the Tin Man (with his dosing funnel visors) and La Peppina, together at last. (at least for the time being)

Chris, I dig that drip plate on the Peppina. It's got more counter eye candy than the ones on my Pav's.

I'm going to start my homework and see where I can come up with some upper drip trays in brushed stainless steel.

Have now seen All the pages, All 90 of Them. And you guys and girls truely have some amazing Stuff.

If I just could afford a commercial lever I would be in coffee heaven.

But Still loking for a used Bosco 1grp. Unfortunately they don't turn up very often.
