Just beautiful!
To all those don't have a silver spoon in their mouth, it's okay. Rusty forks get the job done too.

There is a large Gilda on eBay now. The seller wants 2750 euros, so i'm not going to buy it. I'd like to know how to rip the photo's from the flash thingy. The Gilda is in top-notch condition, polished to a mirror finish.

hi mike, yes, i used.
the machine heats very quickly altough the shaft piston gasket has a lack. The aluminum remain hot for much time after used.

Great to hear you're using that little baby, Francesco. Hopefully you can find a seal that fits....

Cheers

hi all.

after a year with an Iberital 1-group comercial machine, i just kind of upgraded to a lever machine.

it is called IZZO Pompei, it has 2 groups (slightly oversized for my household, but so what), a 12 l boiler (definetely oversized for my household), weighs 73 kilos and makes my Elektra Nino finally look a little less dominant:

it's been build in 2007 so it doesn't really compare to those vintage gems some of you own, but i still like it.

using it is still pretty much of a desaster, but the shots keep improving. there is still hope.

bis die tage
