Anybody know if these 'China Martini' machines are made by other brands or generally available somewhere? Still looking for a good steam-only machine to compliment the Caravel
Hallo Hugo,
Vielen dank!
This "China Martini" steam machine is the only one I ever seen, IMHO is quite rare... So, if anybody has more info, please share them with us! :)

Concerning this "China Martini" machine... can you tell us what is exactly written on the front: Fissore/?
I guess that's the brand name/model (and I can then try to put my research team on the case ).

Thank you, Sebastien,
about China Martini front inscription: "Fissore Savigliano"
Fissore was a bodywork designer brand active in Savigliano (near Cuneo) from 1921 till 1976.
A steamer machine designed by a car designer, WOW!

That's very peculiar... it make me think of the Hertella Auto-Kaffeemachine, a picture that Lucio sent me few days ago.

wow, impressive auto coffee machine!!!
In fact Fissore have built many special veichles for "Giro d'Italia" bycicle race and others sporting events, so maybe, I guess my steam machine is a part of "mobile bar" equipped on some van for advertising purposes...

Hi Davide, that makes me smile to see a fellow barista putting on a show and good coffee with vintage equipment. Nice one! I would love to have a vintage grinder. But they are impossible to find here in the states.

Thx so much Oliver,
about grinders: that is strange and new for me, they weren't exported to USA?

Best,
Davide
