Exactly what I was trying to convey. Sometimes it helps to flip the washer over if it has become cupped in one direction. I remember now playing with the one in the cylinder as well for this issue, but also looking at the one in the group (with the dispersion block off) to fine tune a nice pattern. It's just been a while.

Thanks everyone!! I'm actually really happy with the colors and the powder coater did a great job. I'll play with the washers tonight and let everyone know how it goes!!
