Funny, only 007 had a grinder.... These machines are amazing, no dosing, no distribution, no tamping... Just pull the handle and you have coffee. In Ripley's case, one right after another.....

And the best quote... to 007 about the La Pavoni... "Is that all it does?" I loved that. Thanks for posting the link.

Funny that not even the lavazza commercial managed to produce something tasty looking. They should sell coffee with pictures like these...

Did anyone else notice how odd the process was in "Live and Let Die"?? Bond actually does adjust the grinder and grind fresh but when he pulls the shot, it looks like just water coming out... Then with (milk?) and coffee in the cup he sticks the steam wand into whole thing and... what?? Foams the coffee/milk??? Very odd. Must be a British thing :wink:
