Groupheads stuck to boiler Italcrem 101

starting to part to get the true idea of what needs to be done Image

any ideas how to get groups off boiller ... i dont want to damage them and they are stuck ??
any one with ideas ... would be great help ?

I think most of us (except the ones who are italcreme specialist) would need more pics. I use photobucket and then post a link. It's easier than resizing everything.

i had a similar problem with my gaggia america.....i ended up tapping gently with a rubber mallet until they came loose. mine were stuck pretty bad, so it required great restraint not to use excessive force or to just jam a screwdirver between the group and the boiler. You can try solvents to "hydrate" and soften the gaskets too, might help just enough.

thanks for the help .. i ended up going with the screw-driver tap to pry the 2 apart which worked out OK ... so there off ... now to decide what to do about the inside of the bore thats a bit shot ....
