Here is my Arrarex Caravel and Mazzer Kony Electronic. Massive size difference. I also have Richard Penny's brass Caravel tamper and prototype brass bottomless portafilter. I still have a hand grinder (Zassenhaus Moka) but don't use it, maybe for holidays I will take it. The consistency on the Kony is amazing.

Note the similarity between the red light on the 1960s Caravel and the green light on the 2010 Kony...Image

Hi Ben, I just can't wait for you to post a naked shot with that Caravel and Kony.
I hope it will be very soon. :D

Incredible, isn't it? Love the Kony Ponte Vecchio Lusso picture too. It really gives you an idea of what a compact machine the Lusso is. When you see pics of it on it's own, the structural similarities with a commercial machine lead you to believe it's much bigger, when it's really a little gem....

Don't mind the ugly table they're standing on.

Yes you're very right Mike! I somehow missed that one... had the lights in mind and the fact that the light on my Vam is different style.
Anyhow, looks like Ponte Vieccho is a nice machine for user to embrace it. 8)

Roeland,
joyful photo with style!
