Help finding a lever machine

Postby Dale on Fri Aug 20, 2010 2:33 pm

Not sure if I should post this in the "Market" area or if this section is ok. I'm looking for an older commercial lever machine, just can't seem to find one. One or two group (depends on what comes along & weight) & direct water hook up, preferably one that I would have to refurbished. Does anyone know where?
Thanks,
Dale

Thanks. They had that listed about 3 weeks ago. Tried contacting, never got back with me. Just figured it was sold. Thanks again.

Need opinions on this machine please(link above). This machine has sat for about 10 months without being used. He has no other info about it. So I'm sure that it needs an overhaul. I would also like to change it over to a 110. For what needs to be done, is this a good price or not? Thanks.

I wouldn't give anywhere near that price if if needs a bit of work. For just a few $$ more you can have a brand new Bezzera from 1st Line, or if you really want vintage, for even a bit more you could have the Conti fully refurbed by Doug and Barb at OE. Also, I've seen an Astoria one group lever that was only 6 months old go for $2400.

Just my $.02
