Did some testing.
When the pressure builds up the pin on the pressurestat doesnt pull out to the switch

Sounds like your pressurestat simply needs a new membrane. I used a thin piece of specific silicone that a purchased online from mcmaster-carr, and it works brilliantly. And that is the beauty of the type of pressurestat that our machines have...that the membrane is easily replaceable.

I would seriously add a safety thermostat to the machine. I would get some thermal adhesive http://www.amazon.com/Arctic-Silver-Alu ... l+adhesive and any thermostat rated higher than the operating temperature http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Y7V ... PDKIKX0DER and wire it in series with the heating element

Just bought vinegar 4.5% from the store.
Will see what that does the pressurestat

Mcmaster carr is not a user here but a store, you'll find them easily with google.

Back in business.
That pressure gauge is only temporary :D
It goes over the 1 bar so now I just need to wait for the silicone from Tom
