EBay Olympia Cremina record? - Page 3

Insanity is right, but don't worry I will come down to earth pretty fast when I have to explain to my significant other why we had 3 of one kind of "pretty"machine that she was familiar with and now only one sandwiched in between two "square" ones... Lets hope cost does not enter the picture. Lets hope my newest is what the seller claimed. I emailed back and forth with him twice and he said it had been used less than 20 times. When I asked for a warranty that it would work he simply said no... then he added, "but the last time it was plugged in it worked fine..." Time will tell...

You two have made me dizzy... do you have hang overs this morning?

When all the smoke clears and and decisions are really made on if a machine will have parts to sell.. Please someone give a PM - I do have a list ...... the two top body pieces around the boiler neck ( the square panel and the round insert, maybe a whole grouphead or just a fork, a site glass, a boiler neck nut, an element.... not much really

The espresso gods are fickle, I put the Semi on eBay last night and today, I'm pulling the best shots I've ever pulled from the Semi. I raised the price $100.00.

I had to keep looking at the auction to see why I never saw it ---- I thought I must be blind-- Ah Ha! It was A Buy it now for $399 and it was only listed for 21 minutes before it sold.. That was a fast decisive snag!

I listed my Silvia this morning and on the first shot with a standard Silvia double basket pulled a really good 'picture taker'. After reviewing it I almost didn't list it. But house rules are to be kept... no matter how much it ends up costing me... I love my wife!

Patience is a virtue. Keep looking set a limit for spending just like you would at a casino.

I am still kicking myself remembering how i lost a brand new Ascaso bronze front plated (one of 100) cuz i put my max bid at $150, guy got it for $160, MSRP $850.

A support group would be in order, my wife is about to install an ebay net nanny on our computer.
