Early La Pavoni brass sleeve extraction tool needed

Good morning,

I am rebuilding a pre-1969 La Pavoni and need to extract the brass sleeve. Orphan Espresso used to carry a tool for this, but I no longer see the tool on their website. Are there any other sources for the extraction tool? Would anyone who has the tool be willing to rent, sell, or lend the tool to me? I am located in Athens, GA if anyone is nearby. I've tried the homemade version of the tool (drill bits clamped between soft blocks of wood for those not familiar) to no avail. Thanks for any assistance.
