Hello Everyone:
Francesco Ceccarelli continues to document the history of home lever espresso machines, building on the website that has become the reference guide.
A couple of months ago he found two very early and unusual La Pavoni Professional machines. He has restored them and written about them here. See versions 1.0 and 2.0. Version 1.0 does not yet have the larger boiler. As you examine the details it's if you can follow the thinking of the engineers modifying the design of the Europiccola.

She is beautiful. I liked because she looks slim rather than the new fat professional. This is the very first time I saw this machine, so Thank you Dr.Gary shared with us.
