Overall, it's insignificant. Focus on getting fresh coffee from reputable roasters. Your gear (B-Vario, Cremina) will not be the limiting factor here. Your location reminds me that I have to get off my duff and start organizing the next HB get together - you're welcome to come along and bring the Cremina. I'll bring mine, and we can compare shots beween the two.

Thanks Sherman. That would be cool. It would be great to meet real experts in action with their machines. Hopefully, I'll have my Cremina shots figured out by then. :D
