Could someone please help ID this used two group lever machine

hi , could someone help me ID this machine .. i think from looking on net might be built by gaggia might be visacrem ?? .. but its knobs ect look like a 2 group " Regina " ... so im not sure .. if it helps it is a manual fill / it has Gas / electric installed .. im going to have a go at rebuilding it !!

good for you! saw this a couple of times on TM but didn't know it sold.

I think that Peter at Volt espresso in AKL has seals for italcrem. It shouldn't be hard to rebuild. Good luck and don't forget to post lots of pics.

sorry, you asked for ID. as mentioned, it is italcrem. they were a spanish manufacturer, now absorbed by 'quality espresso', still in spain. machine likely dates from early 80s.

thanks alot for the help ... and knowledge .. really hoping it want cost to much to get up to a reasonable ( usable ) standard ... don't know much about lever machine ... but sure im going to learn ... thanks

old lever machines like this are just about the simplest kind to fix. I would assume you would be up for a few new parts (pressurestat, seals, spring, gauge, maybe element) and about 20-40hrs work. give me a email if you get really stuck; gotta help the locals!

cool .. im sure we will become good email friends ... hehe the elements seam to be good .. not sure about pressurestat .. but fired it up this morning and it heated ( turn off power when gauge got in the upper red ) but one group was leaking the other didnt leak nor did it have anything come out when pulled shot .. ... thanks

thanks for the help paul .. i talked to peter .. just got to email him seal spec's ... but im not sure how to get them off the barrel ( i will call it ) ... or get the springs off ... any ideas would be great help ? thanks
