Nicely done design, they did a good job of integrating the group shrouding into the main body. Looking at it you'd almost think it was from the late 50's or early 60's and would consider it over a classic for a commercial setting where it would be front and center.

Any pics of the front side?

Hi Coffeechap,
Can you tell me how many minutes your machine takes to get to proper operating temperature?
How bad exactly is the tipping-forward behaviour of this machine?
Using the same coffee, how do shots compare with the GS3 nearby and the Londinium?
Is that the sightglass behind the steam wand in one of your photos?

Many thanks,
Paolo

I like the look of this machine- not a stainless box- has to be good. Would love to try one out. I imagine you could make a base with ballast in it to hold it down... look forward to an more info if anyone has any?

The group assembly weighs 18 lbs. These types of groups are usually assembled in multiples on larger machines with horizontal boilers that hold a lot more water. I don't think it's a difficult problem to solve, though. You could fasten it to a base or add ballast as was suggested above.

It would be great to hear from someone else who has one of these machines. To me the concept of the CC10PM (with the prestina group and the manual water-fill) melds the old and the new into the one machine....but I could be wrong...

Is there anyone else out there who can shed some light on this machine?

Hi Coffeechap,
Have you had any luck with any photos? I for one would really like to see inside this machine.

I would also like to hear anything and everything that you are able to share about it.

How good do you think this machine is?....how does it compare to other levers that you have used?

Cheers,
Paolo
