I believe Thomas Cara is a brand name, but who was the manufacturer of this interesting looking machine? To me it doesn't look like a lever machine because I can't make out any cylinders.
The levers look like water inlet valves. Any ideas??
I think the base looks like marble. Interesting!

Chris Cara is 1/2 owner of Thomas E. Cara, Ltd- they are located in San Fran.

I wonder if it's something his father built before his sons, Chris and John took over...

I doubt they made it. Thomas Cara used to import all kinds of awesome machines and rebadge them.
